Shipping policy

We deliver to many countries around the world with DHL Express. During sales periods, deliveries may take 2 or 3 business days longer than usual.

1. Shipping methods and costs

To offer you the best service and fast worldwide delivery, all orders are shipped with DHL Express. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout, before payment: for example €12.20 to Italy and €36.60 to the United States. Shipping is free on all orders over €500.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, for orders received before 4pm CET. Estimated delivery times are a guide only, start from the date of dispatch, and do not include any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

2. Where we ship

  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  • Other European countries: Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City.
  • Rest of the world: United States.

3. Important delivery information

  • All orders require a signature on delivery.
  • Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched, so please make sure someone is available to sign for your order at the shipping address.
  • DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • If nobody is at the address, DHL will try to deliver two more times, leaving a card with instructions each time.

4. When we deliver

DHL delivers from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on public holidays or the day before.

5. First-time orders

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or to a business address that we can verify independently. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing address matches the one on your card statement, that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card, and that your contact details are correct so we can reach you if needed.

6. Insurance

Every order is insured while in transit, until it is delivered. A signature is required on delivery, and from that moment responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient. If you are not the recipient (for example, for a gift), the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and becomes responsible for it.

7. Tracking your order

You can check the status of your shipment at any time by signing into your account.

8. Taxes and duties

  • European Union: prices include Italian VAT.
  • United States: prices include taxes. Import duties are not included: they are set by US Customs and are paid by the recipient to DHL on delivery.
  • Other countries outside the European Union: import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price. They are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are paid by the recipient to DHL on delivery.

As we cannot know the exact amount in advance, we recommend checking your local rules before placing an order. Payment of any duties is required to release the order from customs.
